This is what five days with iboga actually looks like from the inside.
This is not a psychedelic trip. There are no hallucinations, no loss of control. You are fully present, turned entirely inward, watching your own mind from the inside.
What begins is something closer to a deep clean. Think of the mind as a house you have lived in for decades: every room full, every drawer stuffed, the attic untouched for years. Iboga opens all of it. Memories surface. Beliefs you formed long ago come forward to be seen. The patterns quietly shaping how you think, decide, and move through the world open one by one.
The fears, the pain, the old stories: you see where they came from. You see that they were never you. And in seeing that clearly, their hold releases. Not managed. Not processed over months. Released.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
Five days. Completely private. One-on-one with Maryam throughout.
In the weeks before, we prepare together: a deep conversation about what you’re bringing in, full medical screening, and intention setting. The preparation is part of the work.
The retreat is held at a carefully selected private property that is beautiful, discreet, and fully contained. Every detail is handled. Your only job is to be present.
After, two months of weekly integration calls. The ceremony opens the window. Integration builds the life on the other side.
Investment on application.
